TAX WITHHOLDING CALCULATOR
As you all know the Federal Government has changed the payroll withholding tax that will come out of your paycheck. In Fremont County this will begin with your January 31, 2018 paycheck. Here is a worksheet that you can use to help you know how this change will affect you. You will need information from your December 2017 paystub to complete this calculator. You will also need to know what you are currently claiming (single, married etc., how many dependents, and if you are having additional $0.00 taken out). The calculator is in Excel: Withholding Calculator 2018. It is up to you and your tax adviser, if you have one, to determine if you need to complete a new W-4 Form.
