NOWCAP Parents as Teachers work with parents and children providing hands on activities, developmentally appropriate for the parents and their children ages 0-5.  Group activities are also provided.  The organization serves Lander, Riverton and the Wind River Indian Reservation.

The Parent Education Network (PEN) is a parent training and information project of the statewide parents organization, Parents Helping Parents of Wyoming, Inc. in collaboration with four other organizations and groups:  Parents Information Center, Northwest Community Action Program, University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service, Wyoming Children's Action Alliance and local parent/teacher groups.  The purpose of the project is to provide parents and infants, toddlers, and school age children with information to increase their involvement and participation in the social, emotional and academic growth of their children.
