The following are some statistics from the 1997 Fremont Countys Indicators of Substance Abuse prepared for the Wyoming Department of Health by Bernard Ellis and Associates. The period covered was from 1987 to 1997.

Fremont Countys drug induced traffic accident mortality has increased 300% over the last 10 years.
