KICK IT is a 12 week program providing individualized services to address each person's particular need. Individual counseling, group therapy, pre-treatment, aftercare and referral services are provided to address the client's substance abuse or dependency problem. The group therapy consists of five components: Education, Clean thinking, Life skills, Activities and Who am I.

The center offers intensive out-patient treatment for adults and youth that have a substance dependency. They also offer an after care program as well as in-patient treatment. Individual as well as group counseling or therapy is offered. The center service priority is the Northern Arapaho Tribal member, followed by the rest of the Wind River Indian Reservation and any other tribe that would request their help.
