Fremont County Master Gardeners
The Fremont County Master Gardener program is a service to the citizens of our county.
The Master Gardener program trains citizens in basic horticulture, entomology, soil science, botany, plant pathology, and pesticide safety.
Each Spring running from March to May, a ten week course takes place. Each session runs 4-5 hours, one day a week. Each beginning volunteer must receive 40 hours of training. The cost of this program currently is $150.
Fremont County Spring Master Gardener Trainee 2012 Schedule
Classes will be held on Fridays. We will be rotating between Riverton, Lander, and Dubois. Classes will start at 10 and run till approximately 3:00 pm. All Classes in Riverton will be held at the Fairgrounds Heritage Hall and in Lander at the Lander Extension Office 130 Eugene St.
